Before Blue Llama Events became known for thoughtfully curated weddings and seamless event experiences, our founder’s journey began with a camera in hand and a keen eye for storytelling. With a Bachelor’s degree in Art and a concentration in Photography, she first built a successful business as a corporate and wedding photographer. That early work gave her a front-row seat to the heart of every wedding day—and a unique perspective on what makes events flow smoothly… and what doesn’t.

Time and time again, she found herself stepping into roles far beyond the photographer. Fixing timelines, wrangling family members, troubleshooting last-minute issues—she quickly realized that while photography captured the memories, what couples truly needed was someone to help orchestrate the moments leading up to those snapshots.

That’s when Blue Llama Events was born.

What started as a deep love for visual storytelling evolved into a passion for planning and designing events that feel effortless, elegant, and completely personal.
